When the leadership of Royalty Roofing, an established commercial roofing contractor, saw an opportunity to start a national facility maintenance company, Majestic Facility Services was born. Royalty has been in business for over 35 years and has gained a thorough understanding of the needs, operation, organization and decision-making processes of all types of commercial facilities. Facility maintenance was a natural extension of the core business.
