Case 1

: Provided assessment for a water leak from a water heater that had damaged the wall in the riser room. Provided remediation options for the visible growth throughout, as well as the wet drywall and plywood in the area. Commenced with demolition, set up drying equipment, and installed new plywood and drywall. Disposed of all job-related debris offsite.

Secured damaged portion of roof after a semi accident. Provided labor, material, and lift to demo damaged portion of canopy. Rebuilt framing, replaced soffit and fascia, painted to match existing design and cleaned up job site.

Majestic provided emergency 2-hour onsite service to provide a watertight board up to ensure safety and security of the building. Returned to site with materials and proceeded to install new block and mortar, tuck point wall where lose mortar has fallen out around damaged area and painted the block wall on the inside. Cleaned up job site and hauled away debris upon completion.

Provided labor and materials for Duro-Last 50mil white roofing system overlayed over existing system. Will mechanically fasten new membrane and dispose of all job-related debris offsite. Remove existing sheet metal perimeter parapet coping and dispose of in a state approved landfill. Run new Duro-Last parapet wall flashings up and over existing parapet. Flash in parapet support brackets on the back side of the existing parapets. Provide and install new Duro-Last 2-Piece Compression metal to be 24-gauge prefinished steel.
